To submit your application to the Colorado Institute of Taxidermy Training Inc., you may print out the application [PDF] and mail it along with a check or money order for $150.00 for your seat deposit.*

You may also fax it to the school 1-719-276-3187 and call us with your credit card info.

After we receive your application and seat deposit, we will mail a confirmation letter to you as well as the rest of the paperwork needed to complete your enrollment.

*The seat deposit fee is deducted from your tuition cost.
